These classes are designed to increase awareness of your pregnant body, your baby growing within you and unravel some of the mysteries surrounding birth. You may have a clear idea of how you want to give birth or you may feel undecided. My approach is to help you develop confidence and trust in your body and the process of birth and be an active participant in the birth of your baby however the events of birth unfold.

"I would recommend this course to any woman who feels unsure about the best way to handle their labour. A lot of relevant advice on pregnancy and after birth as well" (Armelle, March '08 )
"I would certainly recommend any prospective father to go along to one of these workshops. It really made me feel closer to my wife and our baby" (Mark, March '08)
