This looks really good. Thanks for the link. I still think the best way to teach your children healthy eating habits is by eating healthy yourself! Kids are like sponges and absorb everthing!

I agree with you 100%. Unforatunately there are too many parents out there now who don't know how to eat correctly themselves - I was just talking to someone this morning about how a the daughter of someone we know thinks all food comes out of the microwave after 3 minutes of cooking, or it's a pizza that goes in the oven. And her mum's a successful, intelligent woman...... makes you wonder really.

LOL...a lot of people don't know how to cook properly nor do they enjoy it. And, with fast food and take away so popular and accessible, well that explains a lot of it.

Can we just download it for free? Seems that it is very useful and it is good to train the kids on how to choose the healthy kind of food that is good for them.

I read this book recently that said the reason people are fatter later in life (and some kids) is that people don't eat when they are hungry, but according to the clock.

Yes, involve them by letting them start a campaign on healthy eating and against obesity... by so doing , they are able to develop themselves and help others as well.
